Returns Policy

At Wild Camping International, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our returns policy below.

Returns Eligibility:

1. Defective or Damaged items: If you receive a damaged or defective item please notify us of this within 14 days of receiving it. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund within the next 14 days.

2. Change of mind: If you change your mind about the purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of delivery. PLEASE NOTE, all the item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in a resalable condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Wrong item Received: In the rare event that you receive the wrong item(s), please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for the correct item(s) to be sent to you.

Return Process:

To return an item to us, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email at info@wildcampinginternational.com to inform us of the issue.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging along with the order number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by us. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method.

4. Once we receive the item(s) we will inspect it and issue a refund or replacement within 14 days.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original order purchase. Please allow 3-5 working days for the order to appear in your account.

Exlusions:

1. Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for refund unless the item(s) is defective or damaged.

2. We do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used or not in their original condition.
